      Firearm Purchases In NY

      As a resident of New York, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions when purchasing firearms from our website:

      All firearm purchases must comply with the New York State Penal Law and any applicable local laws. You must be legally eligible to purchase a firearm in New York, and it is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with any restrictions, licenses, or permits required by New York State for firearm ownership.

       FFL Transfer Requirement
      Firearms purchased on our website can only be delivered to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in New York State. You must provide the contact information of the FFL dealer you wish to use for the transfer of your firearm. The transfer process will be completed in accordance with all state and federal laws.

       Background Check
      All firearm purchases are subject to a background check, as required by law. The background check will be conducted by the FFL dealer before the transfer can be completed. If you do not pass the background check, the purchase may be canceled, and you will be refunded according to our return policy.

      Restrictions on Certain Firearm Types
      Certain types of firearms, such as assault weapons or restricted models, may not be available for purchase to New York residents based on state law. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of firearms that do not comply with these regulations.

      Liability for Compliance

      Firearm Purchases Specific Terms for Residents Outside New York

      As a resident outside New York, you agree to the following conditions when purchasing firearms through our website:

       Compliance with Federal and State Laws
      All firearm purchases must comply with applicable federal laws, as well as the specific laws of your state of residence. You are responsible for understanding and adhering to these laws. We do not ship firearms to locations where it is prohibited by law.

      FFL Transfer Requirement
      Firearms purchased on our website must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in your state. You are responsible for arranging the transfer of the firearm from the FFL dealer to yourself and for any associated transfer fees.

      Background Check
      All firearm purchases are subject to a background check as required by federal law. This background check will be conducted by the FFL dealer when you pick up the firearm. If you do not pass the background check, the purchase may be canceled, and any refund will be processed in accordance with our return policy.

      Age Verification
      You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a firearm, unless otherwise specified by your state’s regulations. By purchasing a firearm, you certify that you meet the age requirement and are legally eligible to purchase and own a firearm in your state.

      Non-Refundable Purchases
      Due to the nature of firearm sales, all firearm purchases are final and non-returnable once processed and shipped. If a firearm cannot be transferred due to non-compliance with federal or state laws, the buyer will bear the cost of return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.

      Ammo Sales In NY

      1. FFL Dealer Requirement: All ammunition sales to New York residents must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Customers are responsible for providing the necessary FFL information at the time of purchase.

      2. In-Store Pickup Option: As an alternative, ammunition orders may be picked up directly at our shop. Please bring valid identification and any required documentation when picking up your order.

      3. Compliance: All sales and transfers of ammunition will be conducted in strict compliance with New York state laws and regulations.

      4. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all legal requirements to purchase and possess ammunition in New York.

      By placing an order, you agree to these terms and certify that you are legally allowed to purchase and possess ammunition.

      Ammo Sales Outside NY

      All Ammo Sales Final. 

      In-Store Pickup

      We provide an In-Store Shipping option for all orders, Background checks will apply if the item is a firearm at time of pickup and billed separately from your online order. 

      Returns

      If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 10% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 10% restocking fee (totaling 25%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

      Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:

      1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.

      2. Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.

      3. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

      Refunds

      Refunds are only available for the following situations:

       

      • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please provide clear photos of the damage and a description within [number of days, e.g., 30 days] of receiving the product.
      • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return and issue a full refund or send the correct item.
      • Cancellation of Services: Refunds for services will be processed if cancellation requests are made within [number of hours/days, e.g., 24 hours] prior to the service date. If the service has already been performed, no refund will be issued.

        Refunds will not be issued for:

        • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after purchase, we are unable to provide a refund.
        • Customized or Personalized Products: Refunds will not be provided for products that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications unless they are defective or incorrect.
        • Digital Products/Services: Once a digital product or service has been accessed or delivered, no refunds will be issued.
      Used Firearms

      The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.

      ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

       

      Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.

      If an item’s description contains an error such as incorrect price and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that seller will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

      Order Fullfillment & Shipping

      All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 – 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

      Consumer Privacy

      We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

      The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.

      The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.
