Drove by hundreds of times and always said I need to stop in. My son and I visited yesterday and it was a very nice experience. Huge selection and the guys were all very helpful showing us and explaining the products. Pete in particular was a class act. Thanks so much. I will definitely be back.

I have purchased a number of firearms from them and they have always been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are extremely friend; they knew me by name after my first visit and make a point to genuinely ask how I’m doing. They have a very helpful staff that would spend all day answering questions or letting you check out their selection if you wanted. Many other dealers in the area don’t seem to have 2 minutes to talk with you before running off to do something else.

All the guys at Zacks at Round Lake are friendly, knowable, and very helpful. They are a please to deal with. I love the indoor range as well. They have whatever you need, and their suggestions are all based on experience.
